MISSION BBQ — Monroeville
The Atlas Review
The BBQ Atlas
MISSION BBQ runs a fast-casual operation on William Penn Highway in Monroeville, serving barbecue with a side of patriotism.
Two friends started MISSION BBQ in 2011, and the chain has since spread across the country. This Monroeville outpost keeps the same playbook: counter service, daily hours, and a dining room that honours first responders and the military.
Open seven days — 11 to 9 most nights, closing an hour earlier on Sundays. The line moves, the plates fill, and the doors stay open later than most barbecue joints bother with.
