MISSION BBQ — Canton
The Atlas Review
The BBQ Atlas
MISSION BBQ is a fast-casual barbecue chain two friends started in 2011, now with outposts across the country — this one sits on Everhard Road in Canton.
The menu runs the usual suspects — brisket, ribs, pulled pork — served cafeteria-style with sides. It's quick, it's consistent, and it's open seven days: 11 to 9 most nights, closing an hour earlier on Sundays.
No pit master holding court, no single location with a decades-long queue. Just a format that travels, built by two friends who decided barbecue could scale without losing the smoke. Canton gets its own branch, and the line moves.
