Fast casual barbecue served daily — eleven to nine most days, half-eleven to eight on Sundays. The format is straightforward: order at the counter, fill a plate, move on.
This is the Interquest location, north side of Colorado Springs, where the routine holds. No fuss, no ceremony — just the barbecue the brand was built on, plated and ready.
