MISSION BBQ — Carmichael
The Atlas Review
The BBQ Atlas
MISSION BBQ sits on Mission Avenue in Carmichael, a fast-casual barbecue restaurant that opened its doors to a suburb that needed one.
Two friends started MISSION BBQ in 2011 with a passion for barbecue and a format that moves: order at the counter, eat at a table, back to your day. This Carmichael outpost runs the same playbook—brisket, ribs, pulled pork, the usual suspects done fast-casual style.
Open daily, eleven to nine most nights, half-past eleven on Sundays. The brand has locations across the country; this one happens to be on Mission Avenue, which feels almost too on-the-nose to mention but there it is.
