MISSION BBQ — Fremont
The Atlas Review
The BBQ Atlas
MISSION BBQ runs a fast-casual operation on Washington Boulevard in Fremont — the kind of place where barbecue moves at lunch-counter speed.
Two friends started the business in 2011 with a passion for barbecue and a fast-casual format, and this Fremont outpost carries that forward: order at the counter, eat without ceremony, and move on. It's barbecue built for the weekday lunch run, not the weekend pilgrimage.
Open daily — eleven to nine most days, half-eleven to eight on Sundays — and part of a multi-location operation that keeps the same menu and pace across the board. No phone number listed; the website handles the rest.
