MISSION BBQ runs a fast-casual operation on Scottsville Road in Bowling Green, serving barbecue seven days a week.
Two friends started MISSION BBQ in 2011 with a passion for barbecue and a point to make about it. The chain has since spread across the country, and this Bowling Green outpost keeps the same rhythm: open daily for lunch and dinner, closing a bit earlier on Sundays.
It's fast-casual barbecue — order at the counter, fill a tray, find a seat. No fuss, no long waits. The doors open at eleven most days, half-past on Sunday, and stay that way until evening.
