The Huntersville Midwood, on Birkdale Commons Parkway, runs the same hickory-smoked Texas playbook the brand has had since it started in Charlotte's Plaza Midwood in 2011: brisket, chopped pork, ribs. Restaurant and bar, open seven days, closing at nine most nights, ten on weekends.
