La Cabrera
The Atlas Review
The BBQ Atlas
La Cabrera brings Argentine asado to Salta with the confidence of a place that knows its beef.
Gastón Riveira built La Cabrera on a simple principle: source the right animal, cook it properly on the parrilla, and let the meat speak. Since 2006, the business has expanded across Argentina, and this Salta outpost on Avenida Belgrano carries that same ethos — Hereford, Aberdeen Angus, Brangus, and Wagyu, all treated with the respect they deserve.
This is asado as it should be: no theatre, no apology. A parrilla, good beef, and the quiet certainty of a kitchen that has done this thousands of times. Call ahead, show up hungry, and order what the kitchen knows best.
