This is the Yucaipa branch of Cornerstone BBQ, a multi-location operation that runs traditional smoking methods and real Texas wood through each of its kitchens. The menu here carries the same barbecue the brand built its name on, cooked the same way.

Breakfast is served all day — a rarity in barbecue joints — and the doors open at nine most mornings. Closed Mondays. The rest of the week, it runs until eight or nine in the evening, depending on the day.
