Destination Smokehouse opened in 2016 and trades in the fundamentals: brisket, ribs, turkey, and oxtails, all smoked. It's Texas-inspired cooking in Southern California, which means you either understand the appeal or you don't.
Closed Mondays; open 11 to 8 the rest of the week. It's part of a larger operation, so there are other locations if you need them — but this one is in Murrieta.
