Ben's Backdraft is a live-fire barbecue and catering outfit in Waynesville, going since 2021 — oak and apple wood, no gas. The dining room keeps Thursday-to-Saturday hours; the rest of the week the crew is out working events. Wood smoke, and a schedule that follows the work where it goes.
