Mack "Doc" Holiday started this outfit in 1989, and it's grown into something with reach — but this Tyler location on SSW Loop 323 keeps the same formula: oak smoke, proper barbecue, and the kind of place where you can browse the store while you wait. Open early, open late, seven days a week.
