This is Texas barbecue done at highway speed — brisket, ribs, and house-made jerky alongside fudge and popcorn for the road. The menu doesn't wander; it sticks to what a smokehouse ought to do and sends you back out the door.
They're open daily except Sunday, 10:30 to 22:00, with online ordering running from ten in the morning. Off the interstate, stocked, and ready when you are.
