The College Station Rudy's runs seven days a week, 7 to 9 (9:30 Friday and Saturday) — oak-fired barbecue by the pound and a country store in one. It's the format Rudolph Aue's 1929 Leon Springs filling station grew into once barbecue joined in 1989.
