Rollin Smoke Barbeque — Las Vegas
The Atlas Review
The BBQ Atlas
Rollin Smoke Barbeque opened this Summerlin outpost in 2017, bringing its barbecue to the west side of Las Vegas.
The Grand Canyon Drive location is one of Rollin Smoke Barbeque's spots across the Las Vegas valley — barbecue away from the Strip gloss, a neighborhood pit doing smoke and meat at mid-range prices in a city better known for buffets than brisket. Straightforward, and built for people who would rather eat than queue.
