MISSION BBQ brings fast-casual barbecue to Las Vegas, eleven-to-nine most days, half-past-eleven on Sundays.
Two friends started MISSION BBQ in 2011 with a passion for barbecue and a fast-casual format. This Mission Center outpost on East Flamingo Road is part of that vision — order at the counter, eat without ceremony, move on.
Open daily: eleven to nine Monday through Saturday, half-past-eleven to eight on Sundays. The kind of place that knows its lane and stays in it.
