The Berwick Street Red Dog is Soho's branch of the UK barbecue-and-burger group Tom Brooke founded in 2011 — hickory-smoked brisket and St Louis ribs on American kit, cooked the long way. Open daily, noon to midnight. Order the brisket and expect to wait; that's the deal with real smoke.
