MISSION BBQ started in 2011 when two friends decided barbecue and patriotism belonged on the same plate.
This Wilkes-Barre Township outpost opened in 2019, bringing the brand's fast-casual model to Mundy Street. The setup is straightforward: order at the counter, carry your tray, and the room does what it's meant to do without fuss.
Open daily — eleven to nine most nights, half-past eleven on Sundays. The kind of place that keeps its hours and doesn't overthink the rest.
