Two friends passionate about barbecue started MISSION BBQ in 2011, and the chain now runs outposts across the country — this one sits on Paper Mill Road in Wyomissing.
Fast casual barbecue, open seven days: 11 to 9 most nights, closing an hour earlier on Sundays. The format is consistent across locations — order at the counter, eat in or take away, and the menu doesn't change much from one branch to the next.
Wyomissing gets the same treatment as the rest: straightforward barbecue without ceremony, priced in the middle, and hours that cover lunch and dinner without fuss.
