MISSION BBQ brings fast-casual barbecue to Wenatchee, a few blocks south of the Columbia.
Two friends started MISSION BBQ in 2011 with a straightforward idea: barbecue served quickly, without ceremony. This outpost on South Mission Street is part of that chain — counter service, no fuss, the sort of place where you order, sit, and eat.
It's fast casual in the plainest sense: you're not waiting on a pit to finish or a line to thin out. You're getting barbecue on a predictable schedule, which is exactly what some days require.
