MISSION BBQ is fast-casual barbecue built on a simple idea: two friends who cared about smoke and service, now running locations across the country.
The Parma outpost sits on West Ridgewood Drive, serving brisket, ribs, and pulled pork six days a week and Sunday afternoons. The brand started in 2011; this location carries the same straightforward approach — order at the counter, eat at a table, no ceremony.
Open daily from 11:00, closing at 21:00 most nights and 20:00 on Sundays. The menu doesn't change by location; neither does the pace.
