MISSION BBQ serves barbecue on SW College Road in Ocala, part of the chain two friends started in 2011.
The Ocala outpost sits at 2505 SW College Road, open seven days — 11 to 9 most nights, closing an hour earlier on Sundays. It's one of many locations the founders built after deciding barbecue was worth doing at scale.
The menu runs the usual suspects: brisket, ribs, pulled pork. No single regional style — the approach borrows from several. Walk in, order at the counter, and you're out with a tray in short order. It's barbecue built for volume, not waiting.
