Fast casual barbecue, open daily — eleven to nine most days, half-eleven to eight on Sundays. The format is consistent across locations: order at the counter, carry your tray, eat.
No single pit or regional style defines it; the menu spans what fast casual barbecue spans. It's a chain, and it runs like one — predictable hours, predictable offerings, a known quantity whether you're in Lakeland or elsewhere.
