MISSION BBQ — Chattanooga
The Atlas Review
The BBQ Atlas
MISSION BBQ opened in 2011 when two friends decided barbecue and patriotism belonged on the same plate.
This Chattanooga outpost sits on Gunbarrel Road, serving the fast-casual barbecue format the brand built its name on. The menu runs the usual suspects — brisket, ribs, pulled pork — plated quickly and without ceremony.
Open daily, closing at nine most nights and eight on Sundays. The sort of place that feeds a crowd on a weeknight without asking anyone to wait.
