The Meru outpost carries Meat Cartel BBQ north into Perak, running the same Texas-style pits as the Selangor home base — brisket and beef ribs smoked over hours rather than minutes. Open afternoons through to midnight on weekdays, earlier at weekends. You'll find it on Jalan Meru Bestari in Medan Meru.
