Hickory's Smokehouse started in 2010; this Peterborough outpost brings Texas-style barbecue to Hampton.
The menu runs Texas: brisket, ribs, pulled pork — the cuts that take smoke and time to get right. You'll find it on Kempley Close in Hampton, open noon to eleven most days and from ten at the weekend. Walk in, order, eat: Texas-style barbecue in Peterborough, with outdoor tables open to dogs.
