Hickory's Smokehouse brings Texas barbecue to Derby, a few miles south of the city centre on Swarkestone Road.
The Derby outpost of a Texas-style smokehouse group that's been trading since 2010. The kitchen runs brisket, ribs and pulled pork over the long hours, with weekend service from ten and summer-holiday hours stretching later midweek. Dogs are welcome outside and in the bar. When you want barbecue in Derby, this is the address.
