Nick and Bryce Dampf operate from Good Hope Church Road in Cary, serving USDA Prime beef brisket and other Texas-style barbecue Wednesday through Saturday. Order online or arrive at the pit; when it's gone. The Michelin Guide has taken notice.
This is a pop-up, not a standing restaurant. Check the hours, place your order ahead, and come prepared to eat well and leave satisfied.
