City Barbeque runs competition-quality smokers on local hickory at its Whitestown outpost.
City Barbeque is a smokehouse that cooks low and slow over local hickory, turning out competition-standard barbecue from on-site pits. The brand started in 1999; this Whitestown location opened in 2026 on Whitestown Parkway, bringing that same approach to central Indiana.
The smokers are here, the wood is local, and the method doesn't cut corners. It's barbecue done to a standard, served without ceremony.
