Zurich's only Texas-style barbecue restaurant, doing the slow work properly since 2015.
Brisket takes the Texan low-and-slow approach and runs it in the middle of Zurich — brisket, pork shoulder, ribs, belly, wings and sausage, cooked over wood. It's one of the city's higher-rated barbecue spots, and a visiting Texan reportedly rated it above a fair few places back home. High praise, and it travels.
