MISSION BBQ — Mason
The Atlas Review
The BBQ Atlas
MISSION BBQ runs a fast-casual operation on Mason Montgomery Road — brisket, ribs, and pulled pork served daily to a crowd that knows what it came for.
Two friends started MISSION BBQ in 2011 with a straightforward idea: serve barbecue quickly, honour service, and skip the ceremony. This Mason outpost carries that forward — order at the counter, fill your tray, and sit down to eat. The menu covers the expected ground: brisket, ribs, pulled pork, and the sides that go with them.
Open seven days, 11 a.m. most of the week (11:30 on Sundays), closing at nine except Sunday's eight. The line moves; the food comes out. No reservations, no lingering — just barbecue done at pace.
