MISSION BBQ — Hamilton Township
The Atlas Review
The BBQ Atlas
MISSION BBQ started in 2011 when two friends decided barbecue and patriotism belonged under one roof.
This Hamilton Township outpost is part of a fast-casual chain built on brisket, ribs, and a daily salute to first responders. The founders opened the first MISSION BBQ more than a decade ago; now there are dozens, including this one on Marketplace Boulevard.
Open seven days — 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. most nights, closing an hour earlier on Sundays. Walk in, order at the counter, and take a seat. No reservations, no lingering over the check.
